You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the package, without giving any reason. However, this does not apply to items explicitly excluded from exchange.
We only accept returns for new and unworn merchandise. If the goods are damaged upon arrival at our warehouse, you will not receive a refund and must bear the shipping costs for the return to you yourself. If this does not happen, the return will not be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund.
How do I return my package?
Carefully pack your order in the original packaging and include a note with your order number (e.g., #1363). Then send your package to the following address:

Please note that the costs for return shipping are borne by you as the buyer.
Personalized items, vouchers, as well as earrings and piercings - as described in the right of withdrawal - cannot be returned.
If we receive personalized products, earrings, or piercings as returns, these will only be sent back to you at your own expense.
For orders of product sets or bundles, partial returns of individual products are not possible. In the event of a return, the entire set or bundle must be returned. Should individual products from a set or bundle still be returned, the corresponding value of the returned product will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, based on the price paid for the individual product within the set or bundle.
If your right of return has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will not be accepted.
Gifts with Returns
For orders, we offer free gifts for orders of €79 or more. Entitlement to such a gift only exists if the minimum order value required for the promotion is still met after a return.
If the return causes the minimum order value relevant for the gift to be fallen short of, the free item received must also be returned to us completely and unused.
If the free item is not returned together with the return, we reserve the right to subsequently charge for the value of the free item. The same applies if the free item can no longer be returned in its original condition.
The above regulations apply regardless of whether the gift was granted as part of a discount promotion, a limited-time offer, or due to a specific order value.
