Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving the items, without giving any reason.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from your contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from the contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the costs of returning the goods. You are also responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods during return transport.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:
The goods must be in their original condition and original packaging, without signs of use from the customer's perspective. In case of damage and/or contamination, the withdrawal will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalized or custom-made for you. This applies to all non-prefabricated items, such as personalized posters, photo books, engravings, personalized necklaces, jewelry, and similar products. Earrings & piercings are also excluded from return for hygienic reasons.
Should we receive personalized products or earrings as a return, they will automatically be sent back to you.
For orders of product sets or bundles, partial returns of individual products are not possible. In case of a return, the entire set or bundle must be returned. If individual products from a set or bundle are nevertheless returned, the corresponding value of the returned product will be refunded in the form of a gift voucher, based on the price paid for the individual product within the set or bundle.
If your right of return has been exceeded and we have not previously confirmed an extended right of return, your return will automatically be sent back to you.
